    Main duties of the job

    We are now looking for an AdvancedMSK Clinician (Physiotherapist, Osteopath, Chiropractor) to join our Wolverhampton MSK team. A well-organised Advanced MSKClinician, to deliver quality clinical care for patients with musculoskeletalconditions. Whilst undertaking comprehensive assessment and diagnosis ofpatients with a wide variety of physical and emotional needs, you mustformulate, deliver, review and progress individual treatment programmes andensure effective treatment, specialist advice and timely discharge areachieved.

Youll be registered with the HCPC or equivalent and be qualifiedas a professional that works within Musculoskeletal practice. If youreable to manage a varied caseload of MSK patients, committed to CPD and have thedesire to develop yourself and the service, with a keen eye on improvingpatient care, then wed be keen to hear from you.

    Our interview process iscompetency-based and will seek to provide opportunity for you to demonstrateworking at Level 7 practice across all four pillars required for an AP role.

    The ideal applicant will have

    Essential

  • Previous experience in delivering musculoskeletal services with tangible results and commitment to providing excellent, personalised care.
  • Current valid registration with your relevant professional body or equivalent regulator (HCPC, GOsC, SST or BASraT)
  • Outstanding values that underpin clinical expertise and people management
  • Proven track record of influencing patients, people, commissioners, and pathways
  • Understand, influence and drive quality of audits and the integration of EBP.
  • Strong desire and drive to deliver innovation and lead on change.
  • Experience of developing team members
