full/part time, permanent
basisbased in
Sout East London. In return you will receive a competitive salary of
35000 per annum.

About the Procurement Analyst
role:


As our Procurement Analyst you will undertake the development of descriptive analytics solutions to gain visibility of key information and insights.

You will take ownership and maintain the Groups contract data and create and maintain a suite of spend analyticsfrom various sources.


What we're looking for in our Procurement Analyst:


You will be:


  • Excellent communicator both verbal and written as you will need to be able to simply communicate complex issues, processes and data to a nontechnical audience;
  • Comfortable conveying technical information to nontechnical staff and providing outputs that are meaningful.

You will have:


  • Knowledge and experience of development within business intelligence tools and tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Q&A;
  • Data manipulation skills, including ability to extract, transform and analyse data sets using BI tools;
  • Strong understanding of sourcing processes and eProcurement systems, understanding of spend analytics, benefit tracking, eSourcing and contract management;
  • Ability to problem solve, break down complex issues and develop solutions based on findings in the data.

Success metrics and key results as our Procurement Analyst:

  • Create and regularly provide a suite of procurement and supplier reports;
  • Identify and realise opportunities to streamline the existing reporting delivery and the methods of delivering reports and dashboards to customers;
  • Ensure mandatory reporting requirements are met;
  • Up to date suite of spend analytics;
  • Accurate Contracts Register;
  • Most efficient and effective means to reporting implemented;
  • All procurement tracking and data to be available;
  • All mandatory reporting delivered on time and accurately;
  • Access to accurate and up to date data;
  • Ability for the team to have data to drive organisational efficiencies;
  • Excellent customer feedback.
