- To provide order execution, supply & logistics management to the European countries for maximising revenue / profit on a quarterly basis.
- Work with Global Planning for parts planning across all Europe business.
- Minimise costs by selecting efficient / effective parts solutions. (Minimise premium transport).
- Evaluation of daily and weekly shipment, stock, parts, shortage Reports, and create executive & country reporting as appropriate.
- To evaluate country opportunities and work to prioritise supply where required.
- Work with 3RD Party Production Supplier to execute best possible European order execution and supply management processes.
- Ability to interpret planning, order management, warehousing and logistics reports for daily analysis and decision making.
- Experience of working within a fast-moving operational environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective and efficient collaboration across international and functional boundaries at management and executive levels.
- Strong Excel experience and preferably previous Oracle experience
- Keen attention to detail and strong organisational skills, able to work to deadlines.
- Customer-service driven approach.
- Demonstrate a structured approach to problem solving.

SCOPE:
The role offers a wide view of the end-to-end supply chain business, accountable for two main areas of responsibility within the European Supply Chain – Country Advocate & Order Execution including Production Supply Management.
Country Advocate: Primary role is to understand, document and communicate the intended ship dates for all European orders and to manage country prioritisation at Europe and Country level – in line with production supply availability. This role requires Executive and Senior Management Communication skills to provide Executive Reporting on Orders, Inventory, Lead Times, Logistics. The target objective for the person in this role is to provide pre-order information and order backlog status in support of country customer sales programmes.
Order Execution and Production Supply Management: The primary goal of these activities is to maximise orders, supply and shipping to secure best results performance for country quarterly revenue.Working amongst a small operational team to facilitate order and parts process flow from opportunity management to delivery. Escalation management for supply of parts to customer orders, interlock with planning and country sales teams to support the achievement of TGCS Europe revenues. Includes working with a cross-location team and 3rd party production supply.
