    Job Title: Business Development Representative (BDR)

    About the Company: Nigel Wright Group is excited to support a dynamic and fast-growing Software as a Service (SaaS) company. They deliver top-notch technology solutions across various sectors, including government, healthcare, and facilities management.

    Job Description:

    • To act as a company ambassador, maintaining a positive and professional image to build and sustain customer relationships.
    • Follow up on leads from Marketing and Outbound sales, while also generating your own leads to drive sales.
    • Deliver engaging product presentations and demos to showcase how the products meet customer needs.
    • Identify key decision makers and negotiate new business deals.
    • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and communications in the CRM system.
    • Produce regular revenue forecasts and end-of-month reports.
    • Ensure sales procedures are well-defined and followed.

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience in Sales/ SDR/ BDR roles with a track record of surpassing targets.
    • Experience in selling SaaS/ tech solutions B2B to mid-market or enterprise companies.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven prospecting skills working with SDR and Marketing teams.
    • Ability to understand and adapt to customer needs.
    • Proficient in CRM software like HubSpot.
    • Background in FM, IT, or property management is a plus.
