I am a determined, passionate Iranian female who has already overcome many obstacles to grow and flourish perpetually. Having a BA and MA in English Language and Literature and an IELTS score of 8, I am a fluent English speaker who, after many years of working in Educational and executive fields now aspires to be a success in the world of business. As a result, that is the main reason why I am studying MBA in Newcastle to gain deep insight and experience in this field.  I am confident I will dedicate all my energy and enthusiasm to contribute to your organization’s success. Throughout my whole career journey in educational, and customer service fields, I managed to develop most of the skills necessary for any career growth. 

I am also familiar with content production in social networks and Microsoft Office as I started to work as a freelancer by laying the foundations of a virtual Language academy in May 2022.

Throughout my whole career journey, both in educational and executive fields, I managed to develop most of the skills necessary for any career growth. My experiences in the position of International Exams Administrator at Iran Language Institute (previous Iran-America society) where I managed to launch American TOEFL iBT, an Iranian national TOLIMO, and Italian CELI developed my skills in negotiations, international communications, and innovations. I was also successful in launching the Chinese Department by initiating some negotiations with the Chinese Confucius Institute which led to the signing of the final contract. All these had a lot of financial contributions to the ILI.

Being a Teachers Evaluation and Development Administrator, I deeply rooted in myself the ability to be a critical thinker to find the best strategies to help my fellow teachers in their career growth. This could only be achieved through constructive and inspiring discussions and suggestions. I was also responsible for teacher recruitment and was able to find the best talents to employ and develop.

Being a passionate team member and enthusiastic team leader who always tries to energize others and inspire them toward growing and achieving the final goal even under severest time pressure, I was able to lead a team of educators to produce and compile all the online teaching materials and podcasts as well as more than 300 educational slides needed for online classes for all levels in less than 3 months during the sudden outbreak of worldwide Pandemic. This could not be managed unless we could handle all the stressful situations through careful planning and precise organizing.
