    Aylesbury UTC is seeking a passionate and experienced leader to join our team as Head of Sixth Form. Aylesbury UTC is a thriving technical college located near Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, specialising in Computing and Healthcare.

    We are looking for someone who can:

    ·Provide strong leadership for our Sixth Form, ensuring all students achieve their full potential.

    ·Oversee the pastoral care of our Sixth Formers, working closely with form tutors and support staff.

    ·Manage the recruitment, admissions and induction process for new students.

    ·Develop and implement a strategic vision for the Sixth Form, fostering strong links with our Computing and Healthcare specialisms.

    ·Uphold the UTC's values and ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment.

    You will:

    ·Play a key role in shaping the future direction of our Sixth Form.

    ·Benefit from a supportive and collaborative leadership team.

    ·Enjoy working in a dynamic and innovative educational setting.

    ·As part of a work-life balance initiative, be offered the opportunity to work from home one day a week for the first academic year.

    This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader with a passion for technical education to make a real difference.

    Salary: MPS/UPS + TLR 2

    Start Date: September 1st, 2024
