The role of Project Services Coordinator sits within the SPR Onshore Asset Management team and is responsible for providing a high quality, consistent service to the function and wider teams within ScottishPower Renewables (SPR).

This involves supporting the achievement of business objectives through provision of financial support services, system support, document and quality management, reporting and other administrative task requirements as required.

The role of Project Services Coordinator requires a high degree of customer service skills and the ability to proactively identify opportunities for improvement to benefit the function and wider business.


_What you'll be doing_


You will be responsible for the provision of support services to meet the requirements of the SPR Onshore Asset Management team while also managing the Asset Management financial position, ensuring spend is captured, controlled, and reported accurately.

This will also include provision of SAP financial support to other business areas as required and becoming a key point of contact across the business for SAP related queries.


You will also be responsible for completing annual and other periodic environmental and sustainability reporting requirements, ensuring information is collated in a timely manner and is complete and accurate.


You will also manage Community Benefit payments, ensuring these are calculated accurately and processed in line with necessary timelines and support the development of quality assurance and document management procedures for Asset Management, interfacing with the wider business as required.


_What you'll bring_


You will ideally hold a qualification or be trained in project management preferred with some project-based experience within a relevant discipline and/or direct experience of working within a project environment with a background in the renewables / power generation industry preferred.


You will possess the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, whilst maintaining accuracy of work with excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
