    Description

    Curo, a leading Housing Association based in Bath, is seeking a confident individual to take on the role of Anti-Social Behaviour Manager, to join our Tenancy Compliance team.

    This role is on a permanent part-time basis working 18.We are happy to talk about flexible working, you will be required to spend 2 days in the office, one of which will be a Wednesday.

    You must have a current driving license and access to a vehicle to visit customers (Please confirm this on your application or CV)

    The Anti-Social Behaviour Manager will be part of the busy Tenancy Compliance & Support team- working with residents and external agencies to find resolutions to Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB), tenancy breaches, domestic abuse, hate crime and safeguarding.

    This is a key leadership position, where you will lead colleagues in the team to deliver renowned customer service, work with external partners to deliver wider community safety solutions and ensure the continuous development of the teams operational processes based on customer feedback.

    Youll be resilient but know when you need to ask for help and work with colleagues to problem-solve.
    Youll be confident representing Curo in multi-agency meetings, advocating on behalf of our customers and the business to get the best outcomes
    You must have a current driving license and access to a vehicle to visit customers (Please confirm this on your application or CV)
    Youll be based in our head office in The Maltings in Bath.
