    Here's an opportunity for someone looking to advance their H&S career in Facilities Management

    We are recruiting for one of our favourite clients, based in London (SW9), who own, develop and manage commercial properties across London and the home counties.

    This is a new role, reporting into the Head of H& and has been released as a 12 month FTC with the strong possibility it will be extended or made into a permanent role.

    We are looking for people who are available on short notice and enjoy working alongside facilities teams dealing with new and old commercial building issues - this role will keep you on your feet and really broaden your H&S knowledge with top class support.

    Even if you are in a permanent job but are not progressing, not happy or just ready for a change - this role and company is still 1000% worth considering.

    Some key areas you will be tasked with are:

    • Water hygiene
    • Asbestos
    • Auditing
    • CDM
    • Fire safety regulations

    The applicants we want to speak to will have:

    • NEBOSH or Equivalent (may consider IOSH only if experience is there).
    • Good knowledge of asbestos management processes
    • IT literacy
    • Good working knowledge of Building Regulations
    • Good working knowledge of Fire Safety Regulations
    • Previous experience in other Heath and Saftey focused roles (or happy to transition from FM)
