- As the General Manager Fire & Security, you will oversee the financial performance of this new division.
- You will drive the commercial success of the division, managing day-to-day operations and seeking growth opportunities.
- Collaborating closely with the Managing Director, you will ensure outstanding service delivery to our valued commercial and residential clients.
- Your main objectives include overseeing project lifecycle, adhering to schedules, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
- You will also represent the division in board meetings.
- Achieving a sales target exceeding £3m and a profit goal of up to £500k.
- Leading all Fire & Security projects from start to finish, including planning, budgeting, and service delivery.
- Nurturing and expanding existing client partnerships.
- Identifying and exploiting new business opportunities to expand revenue streams.
- Transforming the business to focus on direct client relationships.
- Enhancing the division's capacity to deliver profitable projects in the Fire & Security sector.
- Prior experience in SME Fire & Security within a dynamic customer-oriented environment is preferred.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen with full P&L responsibility.
- A passion for business development and innovation.
- Sound technical knowledge of Fire & Security industry is advantageous.
- Proven track record of managing both field and office-based teams.
- Experience working with top-tier clients.
- Understanding of commercial and residential Fire & Security domains.
- Desire to integrate the new division into the existing portfolio.

Reports to: Managing Director
Location: Dartford and London
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm – 40 hours per week.
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 with uncapped earning potential + Car/Car Allowance
