The Role
We are looking for an interim Head of Talent to join us in March 2023 as maternity cover on a 12 month FTC.
The talent function is well established with all necessary tools, systems and processes already in place.We have worked hard to define very clear processes and create an environment where our talent team is truly partnering with their hiring managers.
However we know our job is never done and therefore as a team we are continuing to:- improve how we make data driven decisions,
- enhance our employer brand,
- work on how we create the most inclusive recruitment process possible,
You will be responsible for helping drive these goals by leading and developing the current team of 4 talent professionals as well as developing a strategic partnership with key senior stakeholders to enable Capital on Taps' ability to scale.
You will be responsible for
- Managing, supporting and developing a Talent team within their ownership areas & focusing on continuous improvement across the function
- Advising on recruitment process and strategy to ensure we deliver the best, diverse talent in a challenging market
- Ensuring our recruitment process is as inclusive as possible
- Delivering interview training and upskilling to ensure CoT's interview standards are met
- Owning recruitment data/reporting & senior stakeholder engagement
- Maintaining key external relationships and negotiating new contracts with these companies
You will need experience with the following
- Managing a team with varying levels of recruitment experience
- Recruiting for all levels and roles types using various platforms
- Working in a fastpaced, scale up tech environment
- Creating and executing innovative hiring strategies
- Demonstrable ability to work with stakeholders at senior levels with a proven record of high performance that impacts at a strategic level for the organisation
- Continuously improving recruitment process and strategy
- Developing a diversity and inclusion strategy within a talent function
- Having worked in a contract role would be desirable but not mandatory
