The role
As a Business Process Designer, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary.

You will manage the process control, document processing and alignment to Babcock's Business Management Systems (BMS) as we transform our support to the British Army.

Day to day, you'll be responsible for the management, adaption, evolution and improvement of business processes.

You will be a key member of the Reframe Programme team and exposed to a wide range of functions and stakeholders as we move to becoming a Single Source, Qualifying Defence Contract (QDC) compliant business.


  • To drive a standardised 'process improvement' project across our contract and its functions
  • Update and create processes to ensure alignment with QDC requirements
  • Work closely with the Programme and BAU teams to ensure best outcomes in a timely manner
  • To ensure all processes are accurately documented and stored within the appropriate BMS
  • Manage a central register of all documents
  • Recommend changes in processes, aligning recommendations to our business needs and expectations


This role is full time at and will be based at 37 hours per week at our Andover, Hampshire site with hybrid working from home arrangements.

There is a requirement to travel to a variety of our locations across the Southwest.


Essential experience of the Business Process Designer:
