    Full Time SENDCO - Permanent Non-Class Based - Honeywell Junior SchoolJob IntroductionFull Time SENDCO - Permanent Non-Class BasedTeacher's Main Scale plus TLR2 (dependent on experience)

    We are seeking an ambitious and energetic professional to continue to determine the strategic development of SEND policy and provision at the school, and in the day-to-day coordination of specific provision that is made to support individual pupils with SEND.

    This includes providing professional guidance to colleagues and working closely with a range of external agencies and providing a support role to families Schoolscan offer:

    • A proven ability to deliver the highest standards of teaching and learning for all pupils
    • A proven record of raising progress and attainment for pupils with SEND
    • An ability to plan strategically and build on existing quality practice
    • The ability to communicate effectively and clearly with all stakeholders
    • Excellent knowledge and understanding of the National Curriculum and SEND Code of Practice
