    Description
    We are seeking a full-time M&A Director.

    The candidate will have 5-10 years experience as a team leader within corporate M&A (origination, execution), preferably within the industrial sector in the UK, with strong interpersonal skills.

    Experience of similar repeat acquisition/decentralised business models is a definite plus.

    n Industries is a team of highly experienced operators that is acquiring a group of best-in-class UK small industrial businesses.

    We become the permanent owners of the businesses we acquire and work to enhance the businesses we acquire within a decentralised framework.

    Identifying and sourcing potential targets that fit our acquisition criteria.
    Contacting, negotiating, and networking with business owners.
    Taking the lead on the M&A due diligence process and helping to coordinate both internal and external resources (accounting, legal etc.) Managing and supporting the development of other internal M&A resources and staff
    Financial analysis and modelling.
    5-10 years plus M&A experience at a UK corporate (or similar) operating within the Industrial and Manufacturing sector.
    ~ Experience of (direct and indirect) sourcing targets and identifying potential targets that fit our acquisition criteria.
    ~ Substantial experience of M&A due diligence and deal execution.
    ~ Excellent financial literacy (experience of managing a P&L a plus) and financial modelling skills.
    ~ Fluency in English/General IT competency.
