    Description
    We at Tradewind are seeking experienced English teachers WITH QUALIFIED TEACHER STATUS IN THE UK

    As a Secondary English Teacher, you will play a key role in shaping the academic success and literacy skills of our students.

    This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of young minds, fostering a love for literature, language, and effective communication.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and challenging English lessons for secondary students.
    Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
    Assess and provide constructive feedback on student work to facilitate continuous improvement.
    Foster a love for reading, writing, and effective communication skills among students.
    Incorporate innovative teaching methods and technology to enhance the learning experience.
    Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the overall development of the English curriculum

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
    Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
    Specialisation or strong background in English/Literature.
    Up-to-date knowledge of curriculum developments and teaching best practices.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Passion for inspiring a love of literature and language in students

    Requirements:
    Previous experience teaching English at the secondary level is preferred.
    Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
    Commitment to professional development and staying abreast of educational trends.
    Strong organisational and time-management skills
