Are you an experienced Production Operator? Do you have experience of using hand tools within a factory environment?_


Baltic Recruitment are currently recruiting for a number of
Production Operators, working for a highly reputable client located in
Newton Aycliffe. Interviews are being held in the first week of January for these roles.


Providing a strong practical, first-class service within the 'front line' production team, ensuring that all customer production, quality, and delivery requirements, as a whole are met.

Reporting to Production Team Leaders and the Production Manager, the successful person will have good practical skills and be able to work quickly and methodically.


Production Operator Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain discipline to protect the safe working environment, and compliance of procedures related to job specifications.
  • Keep work area clean and orderly.
  • The ability to perceive problems as they develop and keep the Production Team Leaders informed of issues related to potential delays, which could cause contracts from being completed on time.
  • Ensure utmost compliance with procedures and safety regulations via implementation of the safety procedures and policies of the organisation.
  • Remain on task at workstation whilst maintaining concentration safely.
  • Use designated areas for storage of materials, tools and equipment.
  • Update all production data as appropriate.
  • To undertake other duties as reasonably requested by the Production Manager in order to facilitate a firstclass service.

Production Operator Applicants:


  • The ability to read and follow work instructions

Working Monday to Thursday 8:00am until 16:30pm and Friday 8:00am until 15:30pm


Hourly rate:
£10.
