    Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - Media Agency

    Location: Dubai, UAE

    Client Overview:

    Our client is a prestigious media agency based in Dubai, known for delivering innovative and effective media solutions across various platforms. With a dedicated team of nearly 200 professionals, they are committed to driving growth and success for their diverse clientele.

    Role Summary:

    The CEO will helm the agency's operations, setting the strategic direction and ensuring operational excellence across all facets of the business. This pivotal role includes full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility, requiring a leader who can balance creative vision with financial acumen to steer the company towards sustained growth and profitability.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the development and implementation of the agency's long-term strategy, with a focus on maximizing profitability and growth.
    • Oversee all operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effective management of resources.
    • Manage and inspire a large team, promoting a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and alignment with the company's goals.
    • Maintain full P&L responsibility, closely monitoring the financial performance of the agency to meet or exceed targets.
    • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to ensure alignment with the agency's strategic objectives.
    • Represent the agency in industry events, public relations activities, and media engagements.
    • Navigate the dynamic media landscape, identifying opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
    • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven leadership experience in a senior management role within the media or advertising industry.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage a large team and oversee a company's P&L.
    • Strategic mindset with a track record of driving business growth and profitability.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships and fostering a collaborative team environment.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; an MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is highly desirable.
