    Description
    IT Infrastructure Support Analyst - salary up to £37K - Located in Central Bristol

    Exalto Consulting is in search of a permanent IT Infrastructure Support Analyst for a prominent client in Central Bristol.

    You will take charge of the entire IT support system for the Bristol office.

    This role suits individuals with more than 4 years of experience, exceptional communication skills, a proactive approach, problem-solving skills, and a positive mindset. You will bear full responsibility for the entire IT system in the Bristol office, encompassing infrastructure, support, hardware, and networks.

    Given the job's nature, you will need to be present on-site five days a week. The client's location is highly accessible, situated next to the train station in Central Bristol.

    You will collaborate closely with the Ops Manager and the CTO, contributing to organization-wide projects, providing insights, and proposing solutions to enhance operations and productivity.
    • Comprehensive IT support for the Bristol office.
    • Managing the group's IT Infrastructure.
    • Day-to-day oversight of internal hardware and systems such as laptops, desktops, printers, firewalls, internet, servers, VoIP systems, and desktop software.
    • Overseeing company systems administration (Windows 10/11/Windows Server/VMWare/Linux), network, firewall, backup solutions, AWS, Azure, Microsoft 365.
