- Manage the creation and distribution of social media content for the likes of LinkedIn,
- Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Glassdoor etc.
- Produce and copy-check written publications including blogs, guides, brochures and press material.
- Take ownership of video creation to create compelling material that will promote Amicus' services and our culture.
- Assist with the promotion of our tech events as part of 'The Live Series' including live
- meetup events, round table events and our tech leadership podcast.
- Manage and optimise the performance of our digital channels, including social media, the Amicus website & SEO.
- Research and implement processes/marketing systems to enhance the effectiveness of our digital presence.
- Produce regular reports on marketing ROI & take ownership of continuously enhancing the results of our marketing efforts to drive inbound leads.
- Positively promote Amicus as a business and employer of choice, with the goal of achieving industry and national awards for our services and culture.
- Experience working in a similar role – experience working within a recruitment company is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional, proven design skills with experience of developing world-class documentation and material using Canva & Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience producing & editing video content
- Background in creating compelling, professional, visual and written content.
- You will be a 'digital first' marketer with an excellent understanding of social media marketing principles across a variety of platforms.
- Confident personality and able to deal with senior stakeholders.
- A meticulous eye for detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills

We've grown to over 25 people currently across Manchester and Austin, TX and have exciting plans to grow the brand and business in the coming years. We are now on the lookout for a Senior Content Executive to help take our content creation to the next level. "We are dedicated to building a recruitment business at the heart of the technology community with relationships at our core, and where the world-class talent we provide helps develop the technology of the future."
Your main objective will be to provide world-class marketing support across the business, with a
focus on the creation of engaging and commercially valuable content that supports and enriches our brand values.
