    Given the growth at Efficio, we are looking for Management Consultants to support with the delivery of client work.

    We operate on hybrid working pattern that combines both remote work and on-site presence. As part of our dedication to meeting client and business needs, flexibility to travel is essential.

    Accountable to a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for leading specific workstreams on consulting projects.


    Your key role is to:

    • Manage the collection and analysis of client data, contributing to the development of recommendations and solutions.
    • Plan and implement agreed strategies, ensuring targeted outcomes are achieved.
    • Provide support and guidance to Efficio Business Analysts / Junior Consultants on projects, ensuring Efficio methodologies and processes are followed.
    • Manage key relationships with client stakeholders, leveraging your institutional knowledge and expertise, and ensuring buy-in to the agreed strategies.

    Essential Requirements

    • An exemplary academic background
    • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
    • Must have some relevant management consulting experience within a leading consultancy or possess transferable skills from industry experience.
    • Demonstrated ability to work in complex environments, both independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in the use of Excel and PowerPoint
    • Flexibility to travelDesirable Requirements
    • Fluency in another European language (in addition to English) or Arabic is highly desirable
    • Consulting experience within procurement and/or supply chain preferred
