    EDF EPR Engineering UK Role:

    The Design Coordination Manager role at EDF EPR Engineering UK involves:

    • Overseeing detailed design issues and engineering interfaces for the Hinkley Point C (HPC) project.
    • Managing sister plant Operating Experience (OPEX) implementation and UK regulation compliance.
    • Leading a team to address technical issues and interface management.
    • Reporting directly to the Edvance NI HPC project Technical Director.
    • Managing a team of experienced technical engineers.

    Qualifications and Skills Required:

    • Degree in a relevant STEM subject.
    • Minimum 5 years' experience in engineering project delivery.
    • Previous experience in Nuclear New Build, EPR or PWR.
    • Good understanding of UK laws, regulations, and nuclear industry best practices.
    • Leadership experience in a regulated technical environment.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and people engagement skills.
    • Fluent English.

    Desirable Qualifications:

    • Working knowledge of French.
    • Extensive experience in EPR design and engineering.
    • Leadership skills for creating a strong safety culture.
    • Experience in leading small teams in complex environments.
