    FP&A Analyst JSS Finance are delighted to be partnering with our client; an exciting business based near Hemel Hempstead, on the recruitment of an excellent new Senior FP&A Analyst role.

    This is an excellent newly created commercial finance analyst role for a qualified/finalist (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) to join the business at an exciting time.

    This new Senior FP&A Analyst role will partner closely with senior stakeholders, analysing, modelling, reporting and forecasting across the business.

    The role will present to management, highlight risks & opportunities and aid commercial decision making.


    The Role:


    This new Senior FP&A Analyst role sits in the commercial finance team and will own parts of the FP&A, management reporting and modelling, working closely with senior stakeholders, explaining business performance and aiding commercial decision making.

    Ownership of budgeting & forecasting with with all relevant stakeholdersChallenging and supporting key stakeholders within area's of responsibilityPrepare analysis and monthly commentary for board management reporting of P&L,balance sheet and cashflow vs budget/forecast, highlighting key actionsAssist in preparation of monthly management reporting packs for the boardUse of Power BI to deliver insightful management reportingModelling various scenario's, providing recommendations to managementIdentity and monitor risks & opportunitiesAssist in ad-hoc projects as requiredProfile:Qualified/Finalist Finance AnalystBudgeting & forecasting experienceFinancial modelling and good experience of excel and financial reporting toolsExperience of Power BI an advantageAbility to explain complex information concisely i.e.

    A highly competitive salary of circa £60,000-£64,000 10% Bonus, benefits + hybrid working usually 2-3 days in the office.
