NHS Organisation based in the
North-West that requires two
Band 6 Human Resources Advisors.

The post offers a fantastic opportunity to become part of a team of HR Advisors supporting a large NHS organisation.

As a key member of the Employee Relations and Business Partnering Team, the post holder will work alongside the Human Resources BusinessPartners in the provision of a professional and proactive HR service.

The post is to
start immediately on a
4-month interim basis.

Band 6:
Between £20 - £24 per hour (Umbrella Rate) depending upon experience.

Key Responsibilities;**- Provide, receive and process highly complex, sensitive and contentious HR information both orally and in writing

To work collaboratively and professionally with managers, trade union representatives and partner organisations on employment issues affecting the organisation
To act as the expert point of contact for managers, providing accurate, timely and sound advice on Employment Relations issues
Providing advice on HR policies, employment law, terms and conditions to assist in identifying effective solutions and using influencing skills to ensure best practice
Overseeing the escalation of more complex cases, seeking advice and support from the HR Business Partners on issues as necessary

Key Experiences;

Generalist HR knowledge and experience; providing HR advice and support, interpreting and advising on terms and conditions, policies and procedures
Evidence of successful handling of employee relations cases in particular sickness absence management
Experience of providing advice and support to managers on HR related issues such as: absence management, disciplinary cases, and grievances.
Demonstrable experience of collaborative working with key stakeholders within and external to the organisation
