Graduate Teaching Assistant - Immediate Start

Two Schools in Canary Wharf, Tower Hamlets, are seeking Graduate Teaching Assistants to start ASAP

Pay rate:
£75 - £90 per day (based on experience)

New Formation Education are currently seeking graduates who are looking to work as a Teaching Assistant.

These roles are available at an Ofsted rated 'Good' Primary school and at an 'Outstanding' Primary school situated in Canary Wharf, Tower Hamlets working on a full-time basis (Monday to Friday).

These roles are open to graduates of any discipline, these opportunities are ideal for graduates considering a career in teaching within either a Primary or Secondary school.

As a Teaching Assistant you will be offering students and staff support which could be some or all of the following areas - 1:1 classroom support, SEN support, offering general classroom assistance and exam invigilation.

These roles commence from November on a full-time basis and you will be working for the remainder of the academic year.

These roles will provide graduates with invaluable skills and experience necessary to become a successful teacher and will also support securing a position on an upcoming teacher training programme.

What do you need?

A bachelor's degree (or similar)
A desire to work with children and guide their learning development
Aspirations to become a teacher (not essential)
Availability to work school hours (between 8:30am 4:00pm)
Some relevant experience working with young people (preferable)
