Chef de Partie
What this role offers:
We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and grow with us. You should be capable of managing your own section efficiently and handle a busy service.
You will have the chance to learn from the Sous and Head Chef, as well as support the Commis Chef.
You should already have aspirations of becoming a head chef, with ideas for creating new and innovative dishes.
If you have strong culinary skills, we will assist you in enhancing your management abilities to progress to Sous and eventually Head Chef positions through our internal training and development program, with advancement opportunities within the group once you are ready.
