    Business Unit Manager - Plastic Surgery - Medical DevicesLocation: London or

    Surrounding Areas About Us:
    Our client is a leading medical devices company specialising in the Plastic Surgery field. With a focus on innovation and delivering high-quality products, we are in a period of rapid growth and expansion.

    As we continue to strengthen our presence in the UK market, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Unit Manager to lead our Plastic Surgery division.


    Role Overview:

    This is a project role where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and developing our UKI Business Unit.

    We are seeking a top performer with a deep understanding of the Plastic Surgery space and a strong existing network in the UK.

    The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact, build a high-performing team, and drive growth within our Plastic Surgery division.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and market penetration within the Plastic Surgery sector.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, surgeons, and healthcare professionals in the UK.Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of business objectives.
    Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

    Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the medical devices industry, with a focus on Plastic Surgery.

    Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships.
    Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
    Existing network of contacts within the Plastic Surgery field in the UK.
