Branch Manager Ideal Profile:
Previous experience within a similar role, ideally with excellent knowledge of domestic and commercial products
Demonstrates a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and is committed to meeting customer demands and expectations
Possesses strong commercial acumen and a track record of driving sales and maximizing profitability within a retail or branch environment
Exhibits strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop a team to achieve their full potential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers, team members, and stakeholders
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks, use initiative, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
Possesses a full and valid driving license, with the ability to drive for branch-related activities
Branch Manager Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective functioning of all activities
Drive sales and maximize profitability by proactively engaging with existing and potential customers, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting customer needs
Set clear objectives for the branch and monitor performance against targets, taking corrective actions as necessary to achieve desired outcomes
Lead, motivate, and develop the branch team, providing guidance, support, and training to enhance their skills and capabilities
Ensure branch compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and procedures, maintaining a safe and secure working environment for staff and customers
Undertake stocktakes and audits to manage inventory levels effectively, ensuring accurate records and minimizing stock losses
Ensure maintenance records for branch vehicles meet compliance standards, overseeing servicing and repairs as required
