    The successful candidate will demonstrate a passion and flair in the culinary space.

    They will have solid experience in a similar role with a comprehensive knowledge of kitchen operations and proven track record in successfully working with a large kitchen brigade.

    We're looking for people with a true passion for food with the ability to deliver a consistent product within a high-volume environment whilst keeping your cool when the pressure's on.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO ...Ensure all Restaurant requirements are dealt with in an orderly and accelerated mannerAssisting Senior ChefsAct in accordance with Health & Safety legislationMake certain that all stock is correctly labelled and rotatedEnsure the kitchen is clean at any given time and liaising with the Stewarding team for all cleaning requirementsHandle all complaints swiftly and efficiently and logging in handover bookGuarantee that all food items that are purchased are received and checked against the invoice, then stored in the correct mannerWHATS IN IT FOR YOU...
