The Finance Systems Analyst is a varied and challenging 6 month FTC. We want an individual who can proactively deal with the issues logged by finance system users. However, this is a starting point to provide improved system functionality.

Description

You will be involved in supporting the efficient operation of all finance systems, including issue resolution within the finance systems functions
You will act as the first point of contact for all finance IT systems issues, managing user expectations and resolving issues in line with the Service Level Agreements agreed with the business. You will own and manage support calls assigned to Finance Systemson the IT Helpdesk System, escalating issues where necessary.
The Finance Systems Support Analyst will provide proactive maintenance of all finance IT systems, including the Sun accounting system and Compleat purchase order system (or any systems).
