We are currently recruiting for an Apprentice to work in our New Homes team in Cambridge.


The Residential team provides an unrivalled service for the sale and letting of a wide range of property, from new homes and period cottages to town and country houses.

The New Homes team works with clients to design, plan, launch and sell New Homes.

The team manage a portfolio of new homes projects ranging from a one-unit bespoke new build, to 500 + unit schemes - providing specialist expertise on everything from the initial development appraisal to the pricing and marketing of a finished scheme.


As an Apprentice in New Homes, you will work closely with the team to build the New Homes portfolio and to develop excellent client relationships, learning from the New Homes team how to win new business and assist in the managing of schemes from inception to completion, providing strong applicant management and client care.


What you'll be doing:


  • Speaking to applicants, creating viewings and learning how to generate sales and cross selling opportunities whilst ensuring the applicant database is maintained.
  • Accompanying members of the team on visits to sites, learning how to deal with issues and building relationships with site sales staff
  • Assisting in the preparation of advertising schedules and layouts for local and national press
  • Actively engaging with our digital marketing team to understand and utilise social platforms and html campaigns in order to maximise exposure of the Bidwells New Homes brand
  • Learn how to build client relationships and ways to continuously improve management and service levels within the team
  • Learning how to ensure financial processes are followed accurately, regularly and on time

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Previous customer service role/ work experience
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft programs including Teams, Excel, OneNote, Word and Outlook
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
