    Join Our Team as a Property Manager

    Our renowned Rural department in Fort William is seeking an experienced Property Manager to become a valuable part of our team. You will collaborate with our rural surveyors to oversee diverse portfolios of rural properties across the UK. These involve a range of residential and commercial properties, farms, and land holdings.

    What you'll be responsible for:

    • Managing our internal property management system and staying updated on new lettings, rental information, and tenancy agreements
    • Producing rent demands and ensuring prompt rent payment
    • Obtaining repair/refurbishment quotes and coordinating with contractors as needed
    • Ensuring properties meet current regulations and arranging necessary works
    • Conducting property inspections to ensure tenant compliance
    • Handling property lettings by advertising, preparing property particulars, organizing viewings, and referencing potential tenants
    • Preparing tenancy agreements and licenses, and assisting with rent reviews
    • Supporting research tasks when needed
    • Generating reports as requested by your supervisor or client
    • Billing property management fees punctually

    Requirements:

    • A passion for property management and interest in rural and agricultural matters
    • Intermediate IT skills including Word and Excel
    • Prior experience with a property management system
    • Strong administrative and organizational abilities
    • Professional phone etiquette
    • Team player with self-motivation
    • Attention to detail
    • Valid driving license and access to a car
