- Attend post tender and pre-contract meetings
- Assist with selection of subcontractors

- Oversee site set up including all services and utilities

The Contracts Manager role
We currently have an opportunity for a Contracts Manager for a Design & Build contractor.
As Contracts Manager the role will involve overseeing several projects valued at £2 Million to £20 Million across a diverse range of sectors including education, healthcare, commercial and industrial.
The role will oversee teams of Project Managers and Site Managers to ensure the safe, timely and successful delivery of projects.

RequirementsSuccessful applicants will have a proven track record of undertaking the role of Contracts Manager for a main contractor who undertake projects of a similar size and nature.
In addition successful applicants should hold an HNC or degree level qualification in a construction discipline or be from a trades background.
