    Are you an experienced contracts manager with experience in managing teams of project managers?
    Would you enjoy helping drive the project management team forward with improved processes?

    Our client has engaged us on an exclusive basis to speak to experienced contracts managers within the Build and Fit-out sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, established and growing company. You will be joining an experienced team, and will enjoy a busy and varied role With 30 years + experience in the industry, our client delivers high specification fit out and construction projects throughout the UK. They doubled their turnover last year, and win work through repeat business and referrals - all down to their quality of work, and treating people well up and down the chain.Excellent employer who strive to provide an enjoyable work/ life balance.

    Key points

    • Principal Contractor
    • Commercial Interiors / Retails Interiors / High end retail /Restaurants and Hospitality / Exhibitions
    • In house Joinery Manufacturing
    • Scheme range from £50k - £3m
    • Strong relationships, are expanding, making this an exciting time to join.
    • You will be working alongside 5 Contracts Managers

    As a Contracts Manager you will:

    • Have 4 years plus experience working as a Contracts Manager in the construction industry, you will have worked for a fit-out or build company
    • Create build programmes to a high standard
    • Report back to the board of directors on a monthly basis on project progress
    • Travel to sites around the London area
    • Oversee the full project life cycle, inception through to handover

    We would welcome conversations with Contracts Managers who:

    • Can demonstrate a background in building & maintaining client relationships
    • Are able to create monthly reports on project updates
    • Have experience using different software such as Asta powerproject & MS Office
    • Possess the willingness to work in the office to galvanise the team

    In return you can expect:

    • £70,000 - £80,000 p/a Salary
