The Birchwood Group, renowned for its commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, is seeking an After-Sales Manager to bolster our thriving Kia team in Chichester.
About the Role
As a pivotal figure within Birchwood, the After-Sales Manager will spearhead the delivery of top-tier customer service, oversee the growth of all service department revenue streams, and support the After-Sales team in achieving their individual goals. This role demands active involvement in all after-sales activities and a dedication to the continual development of the team.
Ensuring that each customer receives an unparalleled level of service will be your primary focus, achieved through the leadership of a motivated and knowledgeable team.
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 18:00, with Saturday mornings on a rotational basis, if necessary.
About You
If you're an experienced Service or After-Sales Manager with a robust background in after-sales operations and a keen awareness of upcoming industry challenges, we want to hear from you. A strong work ethic, the ability to lead by example, and the capacity to inspire colleagues to exceed their potential are essential qualities we seek. Your role will involve driving overall performance while fostering a collaborative environment with shared objectives and personal performance goals.
Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills are prerequisites for success in this role.
