Salary - £29,303 - £36,681 per annum - depending on skills and experience

Contract type - Permanent

Working hours - Full Time 39 hours

About the role
You will ensure empty properties are repaired and maintained to a high standard.

The post holder will be responsible for carrying out repairs, improvements, surveys and measurements efficiently and economically in accordance with current working practices and all related health and safety legislation and good practice.


You will be undertaking a range of planned, void or maintenance works, repairing or replacing items to maintain properties to a high standard, in line with the role skills framework.


You will be working unsupervised and in occupied or unoccupied properties, complying with the Expected Work Place Practice - Site Operatives.


Please note that if you are successful in this role, we will require a DBS check to be completed. Further details will be sent following offer.

About you
You will need to be qualified to City & Guilds or NVQ2 level in Building Maintenance, Multi Trade repair and refurbishment operations or demonstrate equivalent trade experience


You will have the ability to undertake a range of planned and responsive maintenance works, repairing, replacing, and maintaining properties to a high standard.


You will be able to undertake a range of routine and planned domestic maintenance repairs including the following trades: Basic Plumbing, Carpentry, Joinery, Painting/Decorating, Plastering, Wall and Floor Tiling and Roofing.

You will need the ability to plan, prioritise and manage own workload to achieve deadlines.

You will have the ability to effectively use hand-held electronic devices.


Please note that if you are successful in this role, we will require evidence of the required certificates and qualifications for this role. Without this evidence, you would be unable to commence employment at GreenSquareAccord.
