We are currently working with an established client who is recruiting for a part time Administrator to join their growing team based in Belfast on a permanent basis.

The hours are hours per week which will be flexible.

The Administrator will be flexible and will work within the team to support all areas.


Your new role as an Administrator

  • Word processing/typing bills of quantities, final accounts, reports, valuations etc
  • Personal Assistant for Partners arranging diary/partnership events.
  • Booking flights.
  • Opening mail and recording the contents
  • General office duties.
  • Creating Social Media Posts
  • Uploading submissions to various government websites

What you'll need to succeed as an Administrator

  • Previous experience working in an office environment is essential
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Be flexible and adaptable as the role develops with time
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • The ability to work to deadlines
