We are currently working with an established client who is recruiting for a part time Administrator to join their growing team based in Belfast on a permanent basis.
The Administrator will be flexible and will work within the team to support all areas.
Your new role as an Administrator
- Word processing/typing bills of quantities, final accounts, reports, valuations etc
- Personal Assistant for Partners arranging diary/partnership events.
- Booking flights.
- Opening mail and recording the contents
- General office duties.
- Creating Social Media Posts
- Uploading submissions to various government websites
What you'll need to succeed as an Administrator
- Previous experience working in an office environment is essential
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Be flexible and adaptable as the role develops with time
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- The ability to work to deadlines
