    Oliver Wyman is seeking a highly motivated and experienced management consultant for a Strategy and Operations Lead, to join our fast-growing team at the Oliver Wyman Forum.

    The Oliver Wyman Forum is our think-tank/research part of our business and works with the world's most important corporate and government leaders, regulators, and academic experts, and make a tangible impact on clients, industries, and societies.

    As the Strategy and Operations Lead, you will play a crucial role in steering the strategic direction of the Oliver Wyman Forum in the UK and EU; you will have the opportunity to work closely with our leadership team, driving the day-to-day priorities and ensuring efficient and impactful project delivery.


    Key Responsibilities will include:


    Drive the strategic and day-to-day priorities of the Oliver Wyman Forum in the UK, collaborating with colleagues across Design, Editorial, Events, and Marketing teams to set the tone and pace for project planning and execution of C-suite roundtable events.

    Oversee and improve the operational elements of Oliver Wyman Forum projects, including maintaining client engagement lists, tracking partnerships with external organizations, and collaborating with Oliver Wyman Partners to invite clients to events.

    Build and maintain connections with Oliver Wyman's client teams, increasing awareness of Oliver Wyman activities and events, with a focus on increasing visibility of the Leadership Reimagined executive roundtable series to priority client organizations.

    Increase the internal visibility of Oliver Wyman Forum activities within the Oliver Wyman consultant community through engagement with employee resource groups, the business impact team, and other internal channels, working with Learning & Development and Recruitment teams to enhance visibility in the onboarding journey.

    As the Strategy and Operations Lead, you will have a unique opportunity to shape the strategic direction and operational efficiency of the Oliver Wyman Forum.

    We are looking for a driven and collaborative individual with a passion for driving change and fostering meaningful connections.


    Who we are looking for:


    You'll have at least 5 years of experience with a top-tier strategy consulting firm, with a track record of delivering successful consulting engagements with senior clients.

    Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving ability, with demonstrable analytical skills will be your strong-suitProven project management and team management experienceOutstanding written and oral communication skills in both formal and informal settings and excellent relationship-building skills with clients and internal stakeholders of all levels, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively are essential skills to your success in this roleYou'll have an entrepreneurial and agile mindset, with the ability to work independently, deliver high-quality, impactful output and to think strategicallyDemonstrable strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the comfort of working in a fast-paced environment is required - you'll be collaborative and have strong teamwork skills, with a willingness to work fluidly and respectfully with our incredibly talented teamIf you have a genuine passion for solving macro problems that touch industry and policy, outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills, and a commitment to creating impactful solutions, we invite you to apply for the Strategy and Operations Lead position at Oliver Wyman Forum.
