    A dynamic and experienced Change Management Specialist to lead Qinecsa through periods of transformation and continuous evolution.

    The Change Management Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring successful implementation of change initiatives by effectively communicating with stakeholders, fostering a culture of collaboration and resilience, and developing comprehensive change management strategies.

    Lead the implementation of change management strategies and plans to support Qinecsa initiatives.
    Collaborate with project managers and leadership to align change efforts with project timelines and objectives.
    Identify potential risks and obstacles to change and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
    Establish a network of change champions to help drive acceptance and adoption of changes.
    Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of change initiatives.
    Propose improvements based on feedback and data analysis.
    Maintain detailed records of change management activities, plans, and results.
    Prepare regular reports and presentations for project teams, leadership, and stakeholders.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate change management activities into project plans
    Capability to implement controls, governance structures, and quality assurance measures to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
    Proficiency in change management principles, strategies, and tools to facilitate organisational transformation and adoption of continuous improvement initiatives.
    Proficiency in project management methods, tools, and techniques to oversee change projects and initiatives.
    Ability to manage multiple projects, resources, timelines, concurrently.

    Familiarity with relevant technologies, tools, software, and systems to support continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., project management software, data analytics tools, process mapping software).

    MBA preferred.

    Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), Prosci methodology or equivalent
    Experience of large-scale organisational change and technology transformation

    Familiarity with relevant technologies, tools, software, and systems to support CI initiatives (e.g., project management software, data analytics tools, process mapping software).

    Awareness of Operating of operating frameworks such as, CCMP, Lean Six Sigma, ITIL V4, GDPR, ISO27000, ISO27001.
