- Perform monthly closing based on local reporting standards.
- Intercompany reconciliations.
- Banking reconciliations and statements.
- Audit Preparation and Internal controls.
- Royalty and Advances reconciliations.
- Manage certain supplier relations and reconciliations.
- Supervision of Accruals/prepayments, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Other Balance sheet reconciliations
- Improve and change internal and financial controls and processes.
- Any other reasonable duties as required by management.
- Assisting with the monthly Management Accounts preparation and presentation:
- Sales and Product margin analysis
- AP/AR Reporting
- Banking and investment Reporting
- Expenditure analysis and investigation
- FX Reconciliations and reporting
- Development of new reports using Excel, Power Bi and SAP
- Maintain the integrity of SAP Business by Design:
- Weekly Exchange rate loads
- Weekly MT940s loads.
- Weekly sales reporting and other Ad Hoc report creation when required.
- PQ in relevant accountancy qualification (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in SAP accounting software
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
