    Description

    This is a superb opportunity to join an established Top Tier law firm, due to the development and continued growth of the firm's Casualty department, it is now seeking to appoint a talented lawyer to manage a caseload of litigated Non-DA employers liability and public liability cases.

    You will be responsible for investigating indemnity, liability, reviewing medical evidence and records, instructing counsel, considering quantum and making offers of settlement.

    Really great chance to work on complex high quality cases with lots of client involvement

    Competitive basic salary - up to £47,000 depending on experience
    ~25 days holiday a year - option to buy / sell more
    ~ Hybrid working

    ~ Company Pension

    Strong legal and leadership skills with a keen eye for detail
    Understanding of case law and litigation practice as well as SRA Standards & Regulations
