- Experience working in a matrix organization
- Provide financial insights, budgeting, and strategy support to senior partners in the Technology sector
- Establish strong relationships with local finance teams globally and act as the main point of contact and subject matter expert for the Technology domain
- Consolidate, review, and report monthly performance focusing on the Technology hub and global Technology cost PLs
- Collaborate with Tech CTO to prepare and present monthly business review to the CEO and CFO
- Conduct detailed month-end activities
- Manage Tech timesheets consolidation and communication to local finance
- Perform variance analysis against forecast/budget and necessary adjustments
- Review intercompany costs, particularly for Technology recharges such as staff and Cloud expenses
- Review headcount, clear fixed asset suspense, and assist in balance sheet clear downs
- Coordinate with business partners to govern and own CAPEX policy
- Lead in the consolidation, reporting, and communication of functional roadmaps and business cases
- Consolidate, review, and present Global CAPEX monthly performance
- Handle Kantar month-end reporting requests including CAPEX reporting
- Address ad hoc queries and conduct necessary analysis
- Work with Tech partners to develop annual PL budget and quarterly forecast
- Translate and communicate budget and forecast plans to local teams
- Responsible for overall CAPEX forecast reporting
- Manage OneStream activities such as updating and preparing UK files for upload and completing OS schedules like CAPEX and Headcount
- Represent Tech Media at Kantar Tech Finance forums and initiatives
- Reallocation of central recharges like Kyndryl, Azure, AWS, Databricks
- Collaborate with advisors on annual UK R&D tax credit
- Establish relationships with key vendor partners such as Cognizant and Persistent
- Review supplier/procurement/contract terms
- Manage Transfer Pricing
