About the role


We're looking for a passionate and skilled videographer to help us communicate ENB's story on a part-time basis (21 hours per week).

Responsible for the creation of high-quality digital content for ENB's website, social channels and our ENB at Home platform BalletActive, you'll work across a range of formats and digital assets.

Capturing and editing in the studio and on-site, you'll be a talented and creative storyteller who can bring innovative ideas to the table.

Responsibilities

  • Capture and edit compelling video content to brief and work with the Head of Digital to identify creative ideas and compelling stories.
  • Work with internal and external artists to plan, shoot and deliver ondemand and live ballet classes for inclusion on our subscription service, BalletActive.
  • Conduct recorded interviews with our artists and partners, presenting an authentic view by putting people at their ease.
  • Coordinate and manage multicamera film production shoots of ballet shows and events.
  • Plan and schedule any archive recordings of studio rehearsals, dress rehearsals and performances as required.
  • Support the Head of Digital and Content Producer on the technical delivery of all live stream and broadcast initiatives, working with external production companies and crews.

Key Selection Criteria

  • Extensive experience in filming and editing own shoots, managing the complete filmmaking process from conception to postproduction and delivery.
  • Extensive experience as a filmmaker and editor with a thorough technical understanding of DSLRs and HD/broadcast cameras, lighting and sound equipment
  • Experience of digital media formats and broadcast technology, including video and DVD formats, codecs, compression techniques and format requirements.
  • Proven knowledge and experience of the latest production techniques with demonstrable knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Media Encoder, Photoshop, After Effects or similar tools.
  • Experience in producing content at scale, in a variety of formats to specific briefs and deliver to strict deadlines.
