We are looking to appoint a creative and forward-thinking Head of Chemistry to lead our successful and large department within the faculty of science. The department is highly popular with students and currently we have four classes in year 12, and four classes in year 13.
You must have a passion for curriculum development and people. The chemistry team is made up of five teachers at different stages of their development and you would be expected to lead their development alongside the Head of Faculty. This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional practitioner who is looking to take their first steps into middle leadership, or for a more experienced middle leader, looking for a new and exciting challenge in a high performing team.
