    From electric vehicle drivetrains and ultrafast charging to stationary energy storage and grid efficiencies, we develop a clean energy ecosystem of proprietary technology designed to go faster, perform stronger, travel farther, and last longer.

    Develop operational process across facilities in support of engineering projects and manufacturing operation.

    Support in the development of Environment, Health and Safety processes to support safety operation of development and testing activities.

    Continuous improvement of safe operating practice delivered to a regulatory compliance in support of business objectives.
    Support e-mobility projects and production demands, meet timings and to specifications.
    Develop facility process capability in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
    Liaise with contractors and develop appropriate relationships and operation process.
    Understand operational requirements and support gap analysis and resolution.
    Maintain test facility operating standards to meet legislative and regulatory compliance.

    Ensure the facilities workshops operate in a safe and compliant manner, ensuring all activities have appropriate equipment operating process, and instruction.

    Promote and maintain good housekeeping 5S methodology across site operations.
    Support in the control of facility maintenance requirements.
    Support Health and Safety mitigation implementation.
    Safety & Environmental
    Ensures Environmental Health & Safety policy is always adhered to.
    Promotes Environmental Health & Safety awareness.
    Responsible for adhering to EHS procedures & policies to ensure compliance.
    Experience and/or qualification within a Health and safety discipline.
    Broad understanding of automotive architecture and experience relating to prototype build, validation, and durability testing.
    Able to present and transfer knowledge to a training standard.
    Experience in the automotive industry.
    Facility development experienced.
    EV Facility and commodity experience.
    Self-motivated, creative, and adaptive team player.
    Able to Prioritize and organize project workloads, schedules, and tasks.

    This role is based at our Head Office at Birmingham Business Park and Dudley, 0900 to 1700, including 30-minute paid break 5 days a week.
