    The Routes business is focused entirely on aviation route development and the company's portfolio includesevents, media and online businesses.
    The company organises and operates world-renowned airline and airport networking events through its regional andWorld Route Development Forums.

    These events are supported by the online platform for air service development,Routes 360, which provides airports with the ability to promote their market opportunities and acts as the airline industry's central source of market data and route development information.

    Routes also has other key industry media including a daily online newsletter, the Routes Digest, and the leading publicationfocusing on route development strategy, insight and in-depth analysis,Routes Magazine.

    Job DescriptionThis role is positioned within the Digital Solutions team, and will have the responsibility of maintaining event registration processes and systems to ensure all delegate registrations are accurately and efficiently processed.

    In addition, the role involves managing the invoicing and online payment process for delegates, customers and clients, therefore a collaborative working approach is required due to the nature of supporting multiple departments and working with 3rd party providers.

    ResponsibilitiesTo process delegate registrations and invoices, ensuring every contract is accurately and efficiently recorded.

    To provide sales support to the commercial team; Using internal systems daily to keep data accurate (Salesforce, ESOP)Working with the Commercial team and Informa Finance to identify unpaid invoices post event.

    Working as intermediary with Commercial, Finance and Credit Control to resolve any outstanding debt.

    Ad hoc data and trend analysis on historical delegate figures and event analysis, for various departments as required, including but not limited to:
    Marketing, Finance, H&PM, the Airline team and the Commercial team.

    Attend live events to provide support with the production of the event and assist in managing registration delivery and onsite payments.

    Work with key internal stake holders to plan and prepare for each event, as well as identifying areas of improvement throughout the event life cycle.

    QualificationsExperience within a financial administrative role or general administration experience, with delivering a registration process for international delegates a preference.

    Be able to travel internationally to provide support with the delivery of the events.
    Understanding of reporting, data manipulation, and understanding data trends.

    Attention to detail and time management skills, direct experience in a data intensive role as well proven experience and understanding of reporting, data manipulation, and understanding data trends.

    CRM, database management and analysis competency and experienceOutward facing individual with the proven ability to communicate and engage with existing and new customers and communities.
