We're a market leader in Servicing, Maintenance and Repair of commercial kitchen equipment across the UK with a great brand and reputation.

We're looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Finance Team.

  • Processing sales invoices and credit notes.
  • Setting up new customer accounts.
  • Resolving customer queries.
  • Managing, reconciling and resolving portal invoice queries / rejections.
  • Revenue Gross Margin analysis when processing sales invoices.
  • Review, challenge and approve payroll hours, holidays and sick leave.
  • Managing parking App's / Portals for a fleet of 100+ vans.
  • To provide ad hoc support to finance department where required.

Skills & Experience:


  • AR / Invoicing experience.
  • Experience dealing with high invoice volumes.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and organise.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Team player.

Salary:
£28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
