    Description

    The primary purpose of this position is to assist Allied Health staff to provide quality patient care within the subacute/rehabilitation ward and Residential Aged Care facilities at Grampians Health - Horsham.

    The position will involve working in a multidisciplinary team, with responsibility for carrying out client related and clinical support activities, as instructed by Allied Health staff.

    This will involve providing basic and standard interventions which have been delegated by an Allied Health Clinician. The position may also be responsible for non-clinical tasks for Allied Health, including cleaning, stocking and ordering of supplies.
    Conducting treatment programs with clients as prescribed by the treating Allied Health Professionals
    Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance, or willingness to enrol in course.
    Experience with computer systems including Microsoft Office
    Current Victorian or equivalent driver's licence
    Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance
    Experience in the aged care, rehabilitation, or care-provision setting
