Attivo are currently recruiting for an Post Team Administrator to join our business on a permanent basis. The role will be based at Head Office in the heart of Cheltenham Town centre and is full time.

Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am until 5pm with an hour for lunch but flexibility is available for different start or finish times if desired however, must be able to work on a Friday.


The purpose of the role is to provide general office administration support, focusing on the processing of all incoming and outgoing post to the business.

Due to the nature of the role, we are looking for someone with exceptional attention to detail.

We want to be seen as a leader in the financial planning sector, to help change the standing of financial planning to be recognised as a genuine profession and to ensure we, and the profession, contribute positively to society and the economy.


Main responsibilities

  • Opening and distribution of all incoming External Post at Head Office
  • Ensure distribution within internal timescales to avoid potential delays
  • Update of Internal Cheque & Safe Registers
  • Scanning of all key client documentation onto the system within internal timescales
  • Update Client Records on CRM system upon receipt of documentation and distribute accordingly
  • Scanning and electronic filing of documentation
  • Assist Marketing Department with distribution of client communications and dispatch of new employee welcome packs.
  • Assist Financial Planners with printing, binding and posting client documentation and reports, including proof reading documents as required
  • Updating any changes to client details on the CRM and circulate to client services team.
  • Provide general office administrative support to the Facilities Manager
  • Ensure all tasks and activities are accurately recorded for each client on CRM
  • Assist Financial Planners, Paraplanners and Trainee Paraplanners with general filing and scanning requirements

Qualifications, skills and experience

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work with a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to write wellarticulated documents
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
  • Experience of working within Financial Services would be desirable
  • Able to deal with sensitive and confidential issues in a professional manner

Salary and benefits
Up to £24,000 dependent on experience and qualifications.
