    Description

    Role title:

    Digital Marketing Executive

    Location:

    Colwyn House, Head Office, Colchester.

    Reporting to:

    Digital Marketing Manager.

    Salary:

    £24,000 to £26,000 pro rata.

    **This is a three month fixed-term contract where you will act as a support function to the wider Marketing team, assiting on various projects**.

    The Role:

    We are looking for a passionate and energetic Digital Marketing Executive to join our Estate Agency & Lettings marketing team at our Head Office in Colchester for an initial three-month contract.

    This is an exciting content creation role that would suit a keen marketer wanting to take the next steps in their career within a national organisation.

    The Digital Marketing Executive will work closely with the wider marketing team and our external agencies) to achieve specific company goals and objectives.

    Key Activities / Main Duties:

    The key purpose of this focused role is to help accelerate the delivery of our content strategy across multiple brands' websites and certain social platforms.

  • Content Marketing and Management: Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality, SEO-optimised content for the websites, blogs, and social media platforms. Assist with the development, update and management all group CMS platforms.
  • Search Engine Optimisation (SEO): Assist with the management of on-page and off-page SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and increase the online visibility of the estate agency and lettings businesses.

    • Essential Skills:

  • Digital marketing experience with a creative streak in written content creation and social media.
  • Writing and editing experience preferable, together with great attention to detail.
  • Content Management Systems (CMS) experience desirable.
  • Familiarity with Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) principles desirable.
  • Project management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to demonstrate problem solving excellence.
  • Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years digital marketing experience.
  • Marketing qualification (. CIM or equivalent is desirable).
  • Proficient in IT and Office packages.
