    Description

    My client, a leading force in the institutional digital asset custody space is seeking a (Junior) Marketing Executive to join their growing team.

    This is a permanent role and you will be required to work from their London office which is based in City on a hybrid basis (3 days p/w in the office 2 days working from home).

    Role overview: As our (Junior) Marketing Manager/Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping my client's brand narrative and driving successful go-to-market strategies. From crafting compelling content to executing engaging events together with your team, you will manage projects from ideation to launch.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Help develop and execute marketing campaigns across our channels to generate brand awareness and leads
    • Create high-quality content (short and long form) that resonates with our target audience
    • Manage our brand events, ensuring seamless execution and measurable impact
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Operations) to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment
    • Manage projects end-to-end and track performance using data analytics
    • Stay ahead of industry trends and identify new marketing hacks to optimise our performance

    Requirements

    • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences
    • Project management expertise - you can independently juggle priorities and deliver projects on time
    • A creative self-starter mentality with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent stakeholder management skills - you can build relationships, negotiate priorities, and influence decisions
    • A real passion and understanding of technology, with a plus for experience in the digital asset space
